Community Tasting Note

  October 12, 2018 - I haven't written a lot of tasting notes lately but felt compelled to after enjoying this bottle. A wine of pedigree, character and an unforced nature that evolved slowly and gracefully over the course of a few hours; picking up balance. I can barely remember the last time I simply enjoyed a bottle so much.
  
  The highlight was the aromatic profile. I couldn't stop smelling it. A truly beautiful and unforced expression. The palate was a little more unforgiving and took a solid hour to open. Decant for 1-2 hours if enjoying now; otherwise hold for 4-6 more years.
