  October 14, 2018 - We had this in a restaurant in Amsterdam - it was a 1/2 bottle, opened up nicely over about a half hour, but would have liked to have decanted for another hour or more to see where it would go, I suspect this will develop nicely over a few more years, particularly in a larger bottle.
