  October 28, 2018 - I tasted this wine at the Jackson Triggs winery at Niagara on the Lake. The wine is dry, but soft with a pronounced black cherry aroma and light chocolate notes. It is spicy and full bodied. My tasting partner and I looked at each other and immediately said 'lamb" as the perfect meal to serve with this wine.
