  October 28, 2018 - This is a very well made wine, but tonight it was overshadowed by several of the CdPs we had tonight. Seemed to lack vibrancy compared to some of the others.

  1/20/19, 1:06 PM - We did a broad horizontal of 2007 CdPs. We also had Pegau, Le Vieux Donjon, Clos des Papes, Janasse VV, Janasse Chaupin, Charvin, Domaine Prefert Charles Giraud, Prefert Augusta Favier, Vieille Julienne, Mordoree Reine des Bois, Paul Autard Cuvée Julie, Bosquet des Papes Chante le Merle, Bosquet des Papes A la Gloire de mon Grandpere. Some times great wines don't show well. I have had the 2007 Beaucastel several times and always loved it. Could have been a bottle that just slightly off.
