November 9, 2018 - Very Good, but challenging to rate.

    Clear, pale lemon with legs.
Clean, developing, pronounced herbaceous nose of green capsicum, buttered popcorn, yeasty bread, lime and seaweed.
Dry, medium acid, medium (+) alcohol (14% - but it holds it well). Medium (+) body, medium (+) intensity lemon, lemongrass, vanillin oak and ginger. Medium (+) length.

Very good, certainly for a fume blanc style, oak so well integrated, but still confused about how this knits together. Truly stumped by the aging potential of this wine, it could improve, but I worry about the primary fruit.

    Cork.
