November 12, 2018 - This Pouilly Fume (Sauvignon Blanc) from Jolivet is pale straw in the glass. It shares a nose and palate of lemon and wet stones. The mid-palate and finish is uncharacteristically smooth and creamy. This wine came highly recommended by my Somm friends and at less than $30/bottle has an outstanding QPR.
