  November 18, 2018 - Notes after 1 hour slow ox. Similar to last notes on 2/28/17 but with less secondary qualities and more evolved tannins. Also a hint of fresh mint on the nose. Really solid stuff and in a good drinking window now even on a pop and pour. Still 91 points.
