  November 18, 2018 - Very Good.
  
  Clear, pale, lemon
  Clean, medium, developing nose of lemon, peach, cashew and resin.
  Dry, medium (+) acid, low tannins (from whole bunch), medium (-) alcohol (12%), medium body, medium intensity flavours, of lemon, lemon drops, ginger, grapefruit, toast. Long lemon drop dominated finish.
  
  Very good. This wine has impeccable balance and the oak has been handled in a very restrained manner. Can drink now, but it has the potential for further aging.
