  November 21, 2018 - From the 90's. Perfect time for opening this bottle as slight oxidation (meant as a compliment) was showing.
  
  Heavy roasted coffee beans with delicious peach-sugar. Then the darkly burnt brioche kicked in with mouth-watering acidity and rose petals to balance everything.
