  November 24, 2018 - se of olive brine, gamey smoked meats, and blackberry. On the palate, this starts off funky, but in a good way I think. Mellow blackberries quickly move to tons of savory notes. Olive brine, gamey meats, and a black pepper finish make this an interesting drink. Not what I was expecting and difficult to pair well, but definitely different in a good way for a new world Syrah.
