  November 25, 2018 - Absolutely gorgeous Chablis. Unctuous golden yellow orchard fruit, white flowers, hay and light tropical notes frame the nose. Palate follows suit with some subtle tangerine and white fruit, but it's really all about the weightless crystalline minerality this puts on display. Oak is dialed way down, letting every feature shine through - chalk, sea spray, etc.. Impeccably balanced and checking all the boxes.
