  December 5, 2018 - It needs at least 2hrs to soften the alcohol content.
  
  A blend of 82% Syrah, 13% Mourvedre, and 5% Grenache
  
  Once the alcohol has dissipated, one can feel the abundant aromas of blue and black fruits, acacia flowers, spice, pepper, and earth. Notes of minerals, pepper, violet....creamy feeling.
