December 8, 2018 - Clear, bright and highly reflective, with a light straw gold colour. An intense fruity nose, with aromas of banana, passion fruit, and a light floral-laced tropical undertone. Full bodied on the palate with medium acidity and a rich mouthfeel. Broad and dense, with intensity and a concentrated character, with some cream texture that just stops short of too much. So not syrupy, but it could get close to that territory. Flavours of ripe tropical fruits, with some cream-dipped pineapple, smooth ripe banana, apricot, and other perhaps roasted or grilled fruits. Some nice florals as well, and some honeyed spice, with a clear influence of oak, but certainly not overdone. The finish shows some minerals and a light spiced fruit cake perhaps. Very tastefully made for sure!

Here is a robust and delicious white. Rich and powerful, but with a thoughtful nature and some decent depth. Not the most complex, but certainly an interesting wine. Very intense though, which is where this one comes on- a great robust wine for a meal. Very well done here!
