December 13, 2018 - This has been open for close to 5 hours...Light golden in color. Scents of caramel covered apples, poached pear, lemon, and brioche. The palate leads with exotic tropical fruit, with a mid-palate shift to green apple & kiwi that linger briefly on the finish. There seems to be a bit of RS that becomes more obvious in the mid-palate. Excellent!!
