  June 8, 2008 - The ’73 DP Oenotheque wasn’t on the list but seemed like a good choice. I’ve never had the ’73 and, while I didn’t like it as much as the ’76 tasted not too long ago, I did like it. Oenotheque bottlings are not my favorite, in general, as I prefer the aged characteristics I often find more prominent in the regular bottles (such as the ’64 and ’66 are showing currently). But it was fun and appropriately decadent for this group.
