  December 24, 2018 - Popped and poured. Mineral pear aroma. Tart and grassy white fruit flavor. Slightly bitter apricot finish. Very dry, firm backbone, good depth, well structured, some complexity.
  
  Flabby and diffuse when first opened, but tightens up very quickly. Excellent value.
