  December 25, 2018 - I should have kept this for at least a couple of years. Not that it was bad, but this has a lot more to give. Restrained on the nose and on the palate initially, and it took some time for it to open up. Blackberries, white peppar and a typical touch of blood or meat on the nose. Almost fullbodied although the acidity keeps it lean, this wine will get better for at least five years and hold up for another five. Beautiful and bountyful at the end of the bottle, this is a wine I will buy again when I see it. We had it on Christmas-eve with mooseburgers, ajvar relish, tzatziki and oven roasted potatoes.
