  November 11, 2005 - Nice med red color with slight purple core. Transparent. Initial aromatics of brett - not the band-aid type, but more saddle leather. With some time (and work) the brett lessens and notes of spice and an italian meat shop emerge. Anise, lilorice and a hint of cassis contribute to this beautiful wine. Great spicy mouthfeel and balance. Medium tannin. Delicious.
