December 26, 2018 - At the risk of opening too young, we decided to uncork this bottle on Christmas night. After decanting for 20 minutes, the initial pour was excellent, and subsequently the flavor improved. Silky-smooth fruit with the perfect blend of spices and chocolate. This wine is incredible!
