  December 30, 2018 - PLEASE DON’T serve on day one, it will come off cheap, not inexpensive.
  
  Pop it, vacuum cork it, then wait 2-3 days and taste again.
  
  Chocolate richness ensues.
  
  Judged on opening, 82. Judged after a few days opened, 90.
  
  Shouldn’t have to treat a less expensive bottle in this manner to enjoy it, but would recommend you not hold the journey against the destination.
