  December 31, 2018 - Powerful gewurtztraminer aroma, though less lychee-oriented than some (though it is definitely present), and more apricot and spice.
  
  On the palate, one gets the impression of a zesty sour beer, with a little more winelike acidic focus and the funky Gewurtz fruit; some fermented flavors alongside a touch of the traditional Jura flor flavors. It's an interesting meld of Gewurtz and Arbois.
  
  Fascinating and delicious.
