  January 1, 2019 - WOW!! What a surprise. This wine is a maroon velvet jumpsuit, loosely fitting yet flattering. As in my 2016 note (and as others found), decanting was key. Blackberry jam, strawberry acidity. Lush. It aged much better than I thought it would. Now drinking at peak. Glad I have two bottles left.
