  January 3, 2019 - I’m not usually a fan of champagne but this blew me away. Every sip was interesting to me and the wine seemed to gain depth and complexity with air. Ripe but not overripe with lemon curd, citrus and a long long finish. As wine warms gets even better. Don’t overchill this beauty. This chapamagne will charm even the red wine drinker.

  1/14/19, 2:01 PM - I was not a lover of Champagne either BUT Krug rose convinced me otherwise. Then both Dom Perignon 1996 & Crystal 1999 have since blown me away. I also find English sparkling Rose very appealing
