This looks like Pinot Noir is supposed to look, there's a lovely ruby core that fades moving out to the edge of the glass into a pale almost rosé as it nears the edge of the glass. Scents of tart red fruits and a faint hint of earth. The palate leads with strawberries & raspberries to a hint of alcohol before the acidity kicks in mid-palate to a pleasantly tart finish. This light bodied, high acid wine is a lovely value. It's got enough balance that it should improve with time...
