  January 4, 2019 - Pop and pour, consumed over 3 hours. Nose: Medium-plus expressiveness, ripe red - cherry - and blue - blueberry fruit, bacon fat, cola, and hints of smokiness. Palate: Medium-full bodied, spicy red fruit and smoke attack,creamy mouth-feel, low acid, spice driven mid-palate grip, spicy red fruit dominates the back-end. Finish: Medium length, dominated by spicy red fruit and hints of smoke.
