  January 5, 2019 - An old bottle i found in the cellar.
  
  Very rich and fresh nose. Lemon, oak,
  Palate shows barrel fermented texture. Plush, balanced wine. Enough fatness to make it very food friendly. None of the annoying flavour aspects of SB such as buis.
  
  Quite nice.
  Drink or hold to 2022, but drinking very well now.
