January 6, 2019 - Its color was rather light golden yellow than amber. In the nose, it was very spicy with an overload of saffron and also some citrus fruit like grapefruit and tangerine, not a lot of botrytis, only a tiny bit of creamy honey. In the mouth, it was wonderful, super fresh, but super complex at the same time, fresh acidity, lush, but subtle sweetness (more the fruity kind of sweetness than the honey kind of sweetness) and a spicy and creamy finish. Awesome.

11/10/20, 4:24 PM - I firmly agree with the description of "more the fruity kind of sweetness than the honey kind of sweetness". I think it's because the wine has such such wonderful acid. Drinking this 88 at the moment.
