  May 23, 2006 - Dark ruby with some bricking at the rim. Nose of dark fruits, but substantial VA intrudes. Med+ body, med+ tannin, med acidity, med+ alcohol. Bold and intense on the palate finishing with dusty tannins. Suffers from VA on the nose and tannins over-power the fruit on the palate, making me wonder if the fruit will fade before the tannin integrates.
