  January 19, 2019 - Dark garnet red with a ruby core. Very fresh and herbal on the nose with notes of eucalyptus, chalk, black currants and spices. Quite a bit of acidity with medium tannins (5.5/10) and a medium body. Blackberries on the palate with some spices, a bit herbal and a little savory. Long finish. Drink till 2025.
