  January 17, 2019 - This takes a bit getting used to. This dark red gives somewhat sulfury green tones in smell and taste combined with mature black berry fruit. Floral tones and minty freshness also come through and the finish has quite some peppery sharpness. It is quite nice, but I am struggling when it comes to food pairing. Maybe stuffed peppers with tomato sauce? Or goulash might pair well too.
  Edit 24hrs later: this improved significantly. The sulfury touch is gone and the taste is amazingly integrated now improving the balance. Rating corrected from 86 to 90.
