  January 23, 2019 - Light golden yellow. In the nose, this is super fresh with notes of just ripe quince, greenish fruit, grass, wet stone, slightly waxy, reminds me of Chablis a little bit. In the mouth, it's equally fresh with quite prominent, but well integrated acidity, again slightly green notes (not unripe, just green fruit), acidity driven finish. Excellent.
