  January 26, 2019 - A lot of pepper and tobacco, with some anise as well. Fruit on vacation. Tannins integrated, persistent finish. I would say drink up but doesn’t seem like there are many bottles out there. Day 4 under vacuvin and its hanging tough. Maybe better now than when opened.
