  January 27, 2019 - PnP. Color is purple-red fading through ruby-red to a thin strip of orange at the edge. Classic Nebbiolo aromas of violets, cherries, menthol, some savory aromas. On the palate fruit, medium+ to high- acid, high- well-integrated tannin with just a bit of grip. There is a small surge of warmth at the finish. Drinking with dinner of grilled pork chops, haricots verts sauteed with slivered almonds, and some baguette.
