  January 30, 2019 - Deep ruby red and clear. Dark baking spices on the nose with some anise, bitter cocoa, black currants and some dried herbal nuances. Medium to medium plus bodied with medium tannins (6/10) that hit more on the tongue. Not as big as the prior three vintages but with quite a bit of spices, herbal, chocolate, light blueberries, cassis and black cherries. Medium plus and smooth finish. Drink till 2025.
