  February 2, 2019 - Popped and poured. Aromas of pear, slate. Stone fruit flavor on top, with white fruit and minerals underneath. Orange peel in the finish. Firm backbone, lively flavors, some complexity, great staying power. Drinking really well now, but worth waiting on. Good QPR.
