  February 6, 2019 - This is why I love, crave, desire wine. The elegance, beauty, simplicity of it. Something medieval. Something primal. You want to analyze it to death, dissect it for bits and pieces of specific flavors? Go for it! Some of us have to do math and science! But I choose to love this wine for it’s poetry, for the sun peeking through the clouds, the wind across the sea and over the moors. Mmmm....
