February 9, 2019 - Dark reddish garnet in color, almost bordering on opaque. Full, forward & attractive nose of ripe fruit aromas of cherries, strawberries & plums with overtones of floral notes of roses & earthy/dusty, dried herbs, spices, minerals & a hint of cedar in the background. Medium bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, ripe red fruit flavors of sour cherries, mulberries & cranberries with dried herbs, spices, earthy, minerals & a hint of toasted oak. Lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present with decanting & extended airing but will continue development with additional aging.

What is your recommended drinking Window?
