  February 17, 2019 - Pretty consistent with my last note. This has some classic Allemand florals, but it's first and foremost a savoury, meaty wine with a more masculine styling. A slight soy element that's probably fundamental than a product of age or any other factor. It's about mature, and maybe even starting to hollow out a touch in the middle, but still very enjoyable.
