  Acidity still high, classic Chenin. Med+ body. Alc med. Length v long
  Demi-sec
  Gorgeous... complex flavours pineapple, lime, lemon, tangerine.
  Botrytis: apricot and tangerine but not pronounced...
  Drinking well, but will continue to evolve positively for many years.
