February 26, 2019 - Single piece cork broke, signs of seepage
    Popped and poured.
Light gold colour, showing a bit of age but no sign of oxidation
N: There is an initial burnt toffee-alcohol whiff, but it does blow away within 10 minutes. Slight botrytis aromas, an interesting nose.

P:off dry wine weight, nice texture, excellent acidity keeps it refreshing. Good length, flavours of verveine, lemon curd, and a hint of bruised apple. Fresh and interesting despite a slight RS of less 5gpl.

Drink or hold, no rush, but pessimistic on upside potential.
