  March 2, 2019 - The mole sauce of wine, a lot of good wrapped in such intensity that it tends to overwhelm. Nose of oak, intense coffee and smoked meat, plenty of heat too. Massive mouthfeel, rich flavor notes: cream, toffee, leather, soy. Too much of a good thing?
