February 28, 2019 - Drinking very well for a 2016. Mostly citrus fruit and lots of floral notes. Still very primary and will certainly improve with more bottle age. Soft, oily texture on the palate. Very round in the mouth. Acidity in good balance. Interesting to compare this to the great 2015; I may slightly prefer the 2015 right now, but this could certainly change in a few years. There is just a bit more acidity in the 2015, though the 2016 seems to be the rounder wine.
