March 4, 2019 - Deep dark garnet, along with a reddish hue indicating it's maturing; yellowing rim; opaque. Blackberry, black cherry, mint, leather, tobacco, oak. Mint is obvious on the nose. Big, powerful and intense fruit. Dense and viscous. Tannin has abated, but a lot of structure remains for more longevity. A long, long finish. Score 94+.
