March 9, 2019 - PnP. Lemon yellow, not showing any of its age. Very aromatic with lemon, lime, pineapple, a hint of oak, green apple and minerals. Similar flavors. The oak is barely noticable. Bright acidity gives a good backbone to the wine, beautifully balanced. Smooth finish.
Blind, would never guess this is 9 years old. Very good now, no worries about any impending decline.

3/10/19, 5:28 AM - If you have more, try decanting this for an hour and try to drink it around 58-60 degrees F/15-16 degrees C...I think you will find it has more texture and depth of flavor than PnP, especially if it is also cold-ish... Cheers!

3/10/19, 12:36 PM - Decanting may have helped. It was enjoyed over 5 hours.
I have some 2011 left, Unfortunately that was the last 2010. Still very young, and I would have no worries holding at least another 5+ years, probably longer.
