  March 10, 2019 - As a Palmer fan, I was expecting considerably more than 2000 Palmer offered. After a two hour decanting the wine disappointed. The fruit remained locked in. The nose is quite complex with tertiary aromas developing as it opened up. Even so, even though after 19 years, I will lay my other 9 bottles down with the hope it achieves its potential.
