So either wait a few years, or give it a splash decant, and a few hours to open up. After that it’s delicious, medium bodied and clearly a different shade of Chardonnay from Hyde. This one is a bit leaner, more lemony, rather than the tropical tones of Hyde. Ramey quality, reflecting the character of the vineyard.
