  March 15, 2019 - Elegant nose of dried cedar, and herbs in a deep garnet wine, this wine is still full of feist and fight after all these years. The palate starts a tinge acidic and then grows and grows across your mouth, trowing sweet and sour red fruit, earth and cedar, as it fades very slowly with a long punctuated ceylon tea finish. A wine that grows on you more and more, and by far one of the most interesting and aristocratic Vegas I have had. This is still not at the top of its arc to me, and has improvement yet ahead. Drink or HOLD
