  March 16, 2019 - Tasted at the Taste of Yountville.
  
  Deep purplish ruby red. Thick and layered nose coated with graphite, bitter cocoa, cinnamon, some vanilla, plush blackberries and some blueberries. Medium plus tannins (7.5/10) and full bodied. Very structured palate with rich layers of black fruits, cassis, black currants, baking spices and crushed gravel. Long and lingering finish. Drink till 2040.
  
  Made out of 98% Cabernet Sauvignon and 2% Cabernet Franc from the Sacrashe Vineyard and Atlas Peak. Aged for 22 months in 75% new French oak barrels.
