  March 29, 2019 - Opened one hour in advance. Aroma of red fruit and herbs. Tart flavors of cherry, with black fruit undertones. Chalky finish. Firm acid, fruit is attractive but reticent, good staying power. Decent now, may yet blossom into something wonderful. Best guess is to leave this alone for at least a couple of years and see what happens.
