  April 2, 2019 - Very light color, gentle lemon citrus character that is very enticing. It is a light supple wine that is fleshing out. This wine needs more time in the bottle adding 3-4 years to my aging window and I will not tap into it for a year at least. (Please note: don't serve too chilled or it almost becomes lemon water, far better at just below room temp)
